Tradition and innovation
Ristorante Massimo was established in 1997 in the heart of the city (of Trino).
It soon became the favorite place for gourmets and lovers of traditional Piedmont’s kitchen, thanks to the passion, effort and love for good food, of the owner Giorgio Bonato.
A passion passed on to his son Davide who, after national and international experiences, works with hi s father introducing that touch of innovation which makes our dishes stand out.
Ristorante Massimo soon appears on prestigious gastronomical guides such as “I ristoranti di Veronelli”, “ Guida critica e e golosa” and “Osterie d’Italia”.
Of the many awards received we would like to point out the “Sole di Veronelli” for the Roast pork with juniper beads.
In 2011 the restaurant moves to the more spacious, elegant and prestigious venue of “Il Convento” hotel where the passion for good food continues.
